Hello!

The equation for a circle is

[tex] (x-h)^{2} +(y-k)^{2} = r^{2} [/tex]

r is the radius

To find the radius we take the square root of the number in the radius spot

sqrt169 = 13

The answer is 13

Hope this helps!
