√x-5=ky

x=30 when y=2

√30-5=2k

or, k=(√30-5)/2

now, when y=8

√x-5=8×(√30-5)/2

or, √x-5=4√30-20

or, √x=4√30-15

or, x=(4√30-15)²

or, x=47.73..
