from eq1 ,
2x = 13-3y
x = 6.5-1.5y (eq 3)
sub eq 3 into eq2,
4(6.5-1.5y)-y=-2
26-6y-y=-2
-6y-y=-2-26
-7y=-28
7y=28
y=4 ( eq 4 )
sub eq4 into eq3 ,
x=6.5-1.5(4)
x=6.5-6
x=0.5
