If f(x) = 4x + 2 and g(x) = x2 + 7, find each value:

1. Replace x by 4
F(4)=4(4)+2=10
G(4)= (4)2+7=15
2. replace x by -2
F(x)=4(-2)+2= -6
G(x)= (-2)2+7= 3
